Since summer is officially here, how about a nice Marijuana Bar-B-Q Sauce for Grillin' & Chillin'? This one works for me, I think you too will enjoy this sauce. Make in advance, and brush on ribs, chicken, burgers, steaks.......before grillin', and while grillin'........
Medical Marijuana B-B-Q Sauce for Grillin'
I) 1 Tablespoon marijuana oil
1/4 cup marijuana shake
1 med. onion diced fine
1 clove garlic crushed and diced fine
sea salt & pepper to taste
II) 1 cup catsup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 bottle Canna-cola soft drink
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon chili powder
(1 teaspoon Fat Larry's Powdered Fire is most excellent in this sauce for some bite).
A. Saute step I for two minutes in sauce pan.
B. Add step II bring to boil, drop heat and let simmer for 25-30 minutes. Use sauce to brush on Ribs, chicken, burgers, steaks, brisket while
grilling the meat on B-B-Q grill.
We usually have other dish's for snacking while the cook is busy Grillin', this Marijuana Crab Dip can be served hot or cold, and is served with crackers.
Marijuana Crab Dip
I) 1 pkg Neufchatel cheese, softened
1/4 cup of Jan's GangaMayo (recipe on Jan's Expert Page)
2 oz dry white wine
1 Tablespoon Kickin' Mule Mustard
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 small onion, diced small
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed and diced small
II) 1/2 LB. flaked crab meat
III) 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/8 cup chopped fresh marijuana leaves, diced fine
A. Combine and mix step I thoroughly.
B. Fold in crab meat, put in oven crock and heat.
C. Sprinkle with the almonds and chopped marijuana for garnish.
Like I said, this dip can be served hot or cold. For Grillin' & Chillin' Cold Crab Dip after blending in crab meat, chill. When serving garnish with the almonds & marijuana.
